Adobe buys Macromedia
The Canadian company of Adobe Systems, known today tomorrow officially announced by products such as Acrobat Reader or Photoshop, that you will take the competitors Macromedia, known through Flash, Dreamweaver and co., for 3.4 billion.
The acquisition will take place on a share basis and is equivalent to a price of $ 41.86 per share.
